Milk

Okay so for any of you who are frugal folks there are jugs of whole milk on for one dollar at super store.. I'm guessing they won't last long, but what an amazing deal and they don't expire until the 21st. Milk freezes pretty good and you can thaw it and use it in baking or drink it... sometimes the milk will seperate a little once it's thawed but my kids would never notice. I bought five and I'm wishing I had room for more. This will be my first time experimenting with freezing milk so I'll let you know how it goes if you aren't brave enough to try it this time ;)


note : if you do freeze some milk make sure that you leave lots of room at the top of the jug because milk is mostly made of water and water expands when it's frozen ;)
